Basic Knowledge Presentation: Essential Knowledge About Cleaning Machines That You Can't Ask Now
A cleaning machine that powerfully cleans molds and screws using only food additive baking soda (sodium bicarbonate), compressed air, and water! It also contributes to labor-saving and environmental measures.
Baking soda, being a food additive, is harmless to the human body and the environment, and is gaining attention as a cleaning agent to replace solvents. Additionally, the Sovijet cleaning machine is widely used for cleaning complex-shaped molds and screws that are coated with resin and rubber in film, resin molding, and rubber applications. It can clean surfaces without damaging them and does so in a short amount of time, contributing to labor reduction and environmental measures. **Features** - Uses three media: compressed air, water, and baking soda (no power supply required) - High cleaning capability at low pressure (0.4 MPa) (compatible with resins: PP, LCP, nylon 66, etc.) - Baking soda is a food additive, making it harmless to the environment and human body - Baking soda has low hardness, so it does not scratch the target objects (Mohs hardness: 2.0) **Examples of Cleaning Targets** - Screws for injection molding machines (resin) - Screws for extruders (resin, rubber, etc.) - Molds (O-rings, tires, resin, etc.) - Rolls (printing, rubber, etc.) *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.* *If you wish to request a cleaning test, please contact us through the inquiry form.*
